As per tradition, the last home softball game requires the senior players to “round the bases” for the final time at the end of the game. That is exactly what happened Wednesday afternoon after the Mustangs beat Anderson Valley 12-0. Seniors Ursyla Baumgarten, Rainey Henry, Morgan Fairies, and Hayley Olson were then given flowers and hugs from their teammates as they had the honor of running the bases for the final time at the completion of the game.  As for the game, the Mustangs breezed through in 5 innings with Olson pitching a no-hitter with 2 walks and 8 strikeouts. Junior Hannah Sarlatte provided the punch at the plate going 2×3 with a home run and 5 RBIs. The Mustangs finish league at 12-0 and 14-7 with seeding for the North Coast Section playoffs to be determined on Sunday.
