FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for St. Vincent de Paul High School for the upcoming 2014-2015 school year. Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. Applicants can apply online beginning November 1, 2013 at  Returning families can use their FACTS Tuition username & password at the Grant and Aid site.  The following information is required in order for FACTS to process your application:

1. Completed online application including $30 application fee.  Families who applied last year can log in with the same username and password used on Facts Grant & Aid previously.

2. Copies of your 2012 or 2013 tax forms including all supporting tax schedules

3. Copies of your 2013 W-2 form for both you and your spouse (Send in as soon as you receive them.)

4. Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF
