There are lots of important activities and events coming up. Following is a list of those events happening soon. Please keep checking back to our website for updates.

Friday, August 27 Freshmen Retreat
8:00am-3:00pm ONLY freshmen attend, no school for upper classmen.  The purpose of this day is to give the students a chance to get to know one another in a different setting and to foster a spirit of acceptance and cooperation within the class.  It will also give your student the opportunity to meet and interact with some of the juniors and seniors.  It is our hope that the positive spirit of this day will get the class off to a good start.  Lunch and snacks will be provided. We ask that each freshman bring a six pack of soda, juice or water. Attendance is mandatory. If you have any questions please contact Mrs. Rodnick at mrodnick@svhs-pet.org.

Friday, August 27 Freshmen ONLY Dance! 7-9PM
After spending the day getting to know your fellow freshmen, please join us for the Freshmen Only Dance!! Our theme this year is neon...so pull out your neon clothing and enjoy the evening hosted by the Ambassadors and your Mentors! Snacks and water will be provided. Please remember short, shorts and spaghetti tops are not allowed. It might be helpful to read over your dance contract about what kind of dance is appropriate and what kind is not.
