St. Vincent de Paul High School Office of the Registrar

If you are over 18, you must submit a transcript request form with a signature releasing your transcript.   There is a fee of $5.00 each.  If your payment is made electronically, you may fax the transcript request to (707) 763-9448 or email the request as an attachment.  Transcript requests are normally processed for delivery within two to three business days, but during peak periods (such as the beginning and end of semesters), processing times could be longer. If you have a deadline, please make sure you have ample time for processing and mailing the transcript to the recipient.
