We have a tentative return date of Wednesday, April 1, 2020. The decision to reopen will be based on the recommendations of the CDC and Sonoma County Department of Health. We will be in contact with families over the two weeks to provide information and updates about a confirmed return date. While we do not have a current case of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in our school, the decision was informed by our duty to protect the health and safety of all members of our school community, yesterday’s Executive Order by our Governor, the President’s Declaration of a National Emergency, and our larger responsibility to take action to slow the spread of this virus.

We are confident that we can deliver a quality educational experience through the online use of Google classroom. Most of our teachers use Google classroom as part of their current instruction. On Friday, March 13th our contracted Information Technology firm, along with experienced teachers in this method of instruction provided a training seminar to the faculty, staff and administration.

Teachers will email students an introduction and overview of the distance learning process which will be used over the next two weeks. Thank you for your understanding and support as we navigate these challenging times. More information will be shared with you in the coming days.

God bless you and your family,

Patrick W. Daly
