On December 3, 2019, the Board of Regents for the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Schools presented a public communication entitled “A Focus on Growth”.  Did you know:  

  • In 2019, St. Vincent’s was the only Catholic High School in Sonoma or Napa counties with increased enrollment in its freshman class.
  • Among all high schools in the North Bay — public and private in 2019/20 — St. Vincent’s has the highest graduation requirements.
  • Over the last five years, our graduates were awarded $16.9M in college scholarships.

Complete and submit the online application to start the admissions process.  Submitted applications are charged a non-refundable application fee of $100. Payment is processed by Visa, MasterCard and Discover only.

The High School Placement Test is an exam used by the school to identify where your student is academically and to help us place them in appropriate classes. This test will be held on the St. Vincent de Paul campus on January 11, 2020.

Students should take the examination at the school they are most interested in attending.  Scores may be sent to other high schools in the Diocese as requested by the applicant on the day of the entrance examination.  (SVHS offers the HSPT test free of charge for those who apply to SVHS, for those who would like to take the test at SVHS but are not applying there is a $40 fee.  Please contact Carrie Borkhuis, Director of Admissions, at (707) 763-1032, ext. 113. or cborkhuis@svhs-pet.org for more information).

Please print the School Recommendation form and fill out the Applicant section.  A teacher, school counselor or principal should complete the form.  The form should be mailed, faxed or emailed directly from your student’s current school to St. Vincent de Paul High School by February 1, 2020.  One letter of recommendation per applicant is required.

Please print out the Transcript Request Form and give it to your student’s current school. The completed transcript form should be mailed directly from your school to St. Vincent de Paul High School by Feb. 1, 2020.

Once you have completed a St. Vincent de Paul High School Admissions Application, you are then eligible to apply for financial aid.  For more information, please visit the Tuition and Assistance page. The application for financial aid will be available online November 15, 2019.
