Dear Parents,

The richness of the SVHS experience is, in large part, due to extraordinary parent involvement. We encourage all parents to participate in our community by volunteering in ways that reflect your skills, interests and schedules.

Active Family Information

The required volunteer hours for active families is as follows:

• 15 Fundraising Hours

• 10 Volunteer Hours

• For single families: 10 Fundraising Hours & 5 Volunteer Hours

• If a family has students at both SVES & SVHS, their volunteer hour requirements are 10 Fundraising Hours & 15 Volunteer Hours.

NOTE: If required hours are not completed, diocesan regulations mandate that hours cannot be prorated for partial hours completed; therefore, all hours must be performed and reported to avoid paying the NON-Active (Non-Participation) Tuition. You will be assessed the full $750 non-participation (non-refundable) portion of your tuition.

Non-Active Family

A $750 non-participation fee (non-refundable) will be charged to families that chose not to volunteer during the 2022-23 school year.
